What can I help you with?

You don't need to have
it all figured out.

Whether you're adapting to a recent change or have lived with disability for years, coaching gives you space to pause, explore and work towards goals that matter to you.

01 / CONFIDENCE

Feel more like yourself

Explore identity, self-belief and the things that make you, you. Build confidence in your choices and in expressing what you need.

02 / EVERYDAY LIFE

Find your own way

Work through everyday challenges, explore independence on your terms and develop practical approaches that fit your life.

03 / MOVING FORWARD

Make room for what's next

Think about relationships, parenting, interests or a new direction. Break meaningful goals into manageable steps, at your pace.

The person beside you

Hi, I'm Izzy.

“Disability is part of my story. So are motherhood, travel and finding joy in everyday life.”

I acquired a spinal cord injury in 2015, aged 27. After eight months in hospital, I began learning how to adapt to a life I hadn't planned.

That experience shapes how I support others. I understand that moving forward can involve uncertainty, frustration and a lot of finding things out as you go.

I'm also a mum to my little boy, Remy, and love theatre, festivals, travel and days out. Those parts of life matter to me — just as your own interests, hopes and priorities matter to you.

I bring my Psychology and Counselling degree, achieved with Distinction, and four years of mentoring people with spinal cord injuries to a warm, psychology-informed coaching approach.

How we'll work together

Human connection.
Practical steps.

We start with where you are and what you'd like support with. Together, we'll explore your priorities, identify achievable steps and reflect on what works for you.

You set the direction. I offer a listening ear, thoughtful questions and encouragement along the way.

A few things you might be wondering

Before we begin.

Who is coaching for?

Life Beyond Disability Coaching supports disabled adults aged 18 and over, across a range of disabilities. You can be newly adjusting to disability or looking for support with a different chapter in your life.

Do I need a clear goal before starting?

No. Working out what you want and where to begin can be part of the process. You can bring a specific challenge or simply a feeling that you'd like something to change.

Is this counselling or therapy?

This is coaching and mentoring informed by psychology. It focuses on your goals, everyday life and next steps. It does not provide counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

Can we discuss my access needs?

Yes. Your access and communication needs should be part of the conversation before booking, so we can explore what would help you take part comfortably.

When can I book?

The planned launch is January 2027. Contact and booking details will be added here before bookings open.
